I’m your Brilliance Coach, Debbie Reneé!
I work with faith-driven, high-achieving women who are ready to stop second-guessing their power and start showing up in full alignment with their calling.
My journey didn’t start on a stage— it started in a moment of tension. I was being treated unfairly by someone in authority, and every part of me wanted to shrink. But I chose to speak up, to stand in my truth, and to own my brilliance, even when it was uncomfortable.
That moment changed everything. It showed me what’s possible when a woman steps into her voice, her purpose, and her power. And it ignited my passion for helping other women do the same.
Today, I help leaders, entrepreneurs, and ministry trailblazers gain clarity, build courageous confidence, and take bold, strategic action. My coaching is faith-based, results-driven, and deeply personal because I know what it feels like to feel stuck in your potential.
